* Overnight trips are usually pretty good. With most overnight trips the nights are free--early mornings, but usually done after dinner.
* Don't take cabs in India/watch out for tour groups, because they get commissioned from shops to go to their places and it wastes time.
Flew out of Chennai--went to go see the Taj and Himalayas
* Do the Cambodia trip in Vietnam! Temple trip is great, city trip is good too!
* Shanghai: Do the SAS Overnight Beijing trip--really great! Highly recommend, the tour company was really great. You go to the Great Wall and sometimes you sign out to do your own thing.
* DO THE PILANESBURG SAFARI in Cape Town. Only thing wrong is you don't get to do as much stuff in Cape Town. Many people have said Motswari was the best. Don't do Kruger, apparently it sucks.
* GO SHARK DIVING! Do it early morning on the first day--google it.
* Japan: Go from Yokohama to Tokyo.
* Buddhist Monastery Town:
City: Koya-San. 2.5 hours east of Osaka by "Nankoi Line" (might not be the right spelling). Stay at the Eko-In. Ask Tamura for a tour of the graveyard.
* Go from Kobe to Kyoto to Osaka to Tokyo. Train will be around $350. Don't buy a pass, some of these stops won't be covered and you'll just have to pay more.
* Don't go to Mount Fuji, there could be tons of fog. :(
* Capsule Hotel: Capsule Hotel Asakusa River Side
District: Asakusa City: Tokyo
* Two days in Vietnam if go to Cambodia. Angkor Wat
SAS trip to Cambodia is a must see: child orphanage, killing fields
* Cu Chi Tunnels in Vietnam
* Bring as many bags as you can!
* Shop in China--so many deals.
* Hawaii: Astronomy--Monakaya--Looking at the stars.
* Children's Villages--India/Ghana
* Ghana--Habitat for Humanity
